When making a direct deposit please also quote the supplied order number. When payment has been made please notify us by e-mail, phone or fax. The banking details are:

Cheque or Money Order

Please make a cheque or money order payable to VG Computing and send it to:

Also include the order number and a description of the goods ordered.

Please note that the cheque/money order must be cleared before your order can be processed.

Credit Card/PayPal

Currently we accept credit card payments through our partner PayPal. Accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard.

Please be aware of the following conditions:

• Additional information may be requested from you to ensure the credit card transaction is genuine.
• Linux Now reserves the right to reject any credit card payment which can not be authenticated for any reason.
• For your security, Linux Now does not store any credit card information after the transaction has been authorised.

Purchase Order

Purchase orders are available for approved business, educational and government institutions. Linux Now reserves the right to reject any client's purchase order if their credit rating is not acceptable. Payment term is normally 14 days from shipping of goods unless negotiated otherwise. Payment may be made via any method above.

When you are ready to create a order fax your purchase order to (03) 9803 4936 or email it to sales@vgcomputing.com.au. You should clearly indicate what you are ordering plus any extra information (such as purchase order number) you require to appear on the Tax Invoice.

Rent

Renting is available via our partner Flexirent. Please be aware of the following:

• Approval must be received from Flexirent before your order can be processed.
• On top of Linux Now's Terms and Conditions you must also agree to Flexirent's Terms and Conditions.
• Any payment/credit disagreements should be directed to Flexirent. Linux Now does not have any influence on Flexirent's financing decisions.
• Rental periods currently available are 2, 3, 4 and 5 years.
• The final system price needs to be greater than $500 to create a rental application.
• The renting price shown on the website is only a estimate based on a 3 year period. The final renting price will be supplied to you from Flexirent. A estimate can not be supplied when invoice price is greater than $19,999.

Cash

Currently cash payment is only available for on-site services.
